Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD)

Buyers are required to pay ABSD (Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty) on top of the existing BSD (Buyer’s Stamp Duty) shoudl their property count exceed the required stipulated.


The ABSD rates have been adjusted on 6 Jul 2018.  ABSD Fact Sheet can be referred as an overview on the adjusted ABSD rates and the ABSD remission for purchase of residential properties during the transitional period.
